從大型剛性密封磁力泵的閥體密封圈和閥板密封圈的結構特點(diǎn)來(lái)看，其密封面上堆焊了硬質(zhì)合金，硬度很高，加工時(shí)進(jìn)刀量很難把握，實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中很難一次加工成形；密封面帶有一定的弧度，磁力泵加工過(guò)程中需要制作特殊樣板，以隨時(shí)在加工中檢驗密封面的弧形；密封面的表面粗糙度要求很高，必須有相應的加工工裝來(lái)保證。為此，我們結合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際，采取了以下兩方面措施來(lái)保證加工要求：改進(jìn)了磁力泵加工工藝，進(jìn)行了特殊加工；制作特殊的工裝，保證密封面的加工(圖\文www.lfsvw.com/)。
